All you have to do to start making money is to open the doors! The home's kitchen, with granite countertops, has a double sink, a cooktop, and a large four-door refrigerator, with laminated cabinets and tons of storage space. There is a large and beautiful swimming pool heated by gas, with an attached jetted hot tub which is programmed electronically. The pool area also includes a large pulldown screen for evening movies and a fire pit area with seating for nighttime relaxation. There are two open showers for use after a swim. In addition, there are two separate outbuildings behind the pool area; one for the men’s and women’s bathrooms and the other houses the laundry and a secondary poolside kitchen. There is also a separate cafe with a small kitchen and high chairs that look over the glorious mountains. There are also smaller chairs and tables in this area.
