If you’re looking for a property where you can enjoy a leisurely lifestyle and host friends while still taking part in cultivating your own fruit orchard, this property is for you! The single-level 330-m2 home was built about 15 years ago with a reinforced concrete foundation, a steel structure, and exposed brick walls. The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen with a breakfast area on the spacious island. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and lots of cabinet space.
