You can work out in the modern gym while you watch other people running on the beach. In the late afternoon, that pool area is shady so head on out back to the other pool and garden area. Absolutely tranquil! There are even built in lounge areas in the pool so you can soak and read a book! Each unit comes with its own undercover parking space and storage closet. Unlike any other developer, this one supplies all of your air conditioners and they are stored in a closet area so you don't have the ugly air conditioner units hanging off the side of the building. This building only has 10 units left valued between $165,000 for a two bedroom and $475,000 for a penthouse condo. HOA FEES have not been determined.
